We are committed to your satisfaction with Flowglowear. If a return is necessary, please see below.

 

Return Policy


Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, and in their original packaging with tags.

 

  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping & customs fees (if applicable).

  • Restocking fee: $2.99 per item (deducted from refund).

  • Non-refundable: Original shipping

  • Return address: Use the one provided in the approval email (do not use the original shipping address).

  • Return window: Ship within 7 days of approval.

  • Tracking info: Email return tracking to contact@flowglowear.com (lost returns are not our responsibility).

  • Refund processing: Allow up to 10 business days after delivery confirmation.

 

 

FAQs

 

1. I have a defective/wrong item, what should I do?

  • We're really sorry you received a faulty or incorrect item.
  • If it's been less than 15 days since your delivery, please email us at contact@flowglowear.com, and we'll find a solution for you.
  • Please note that wear and tear, change of mind, fitting issue, or misuse aren't covered as faults.

 

2. How long does a refund take?

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process once the package is marked delivered.
  • If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at contact@flowglowear.com for assistance.

 

3. How can I exchange an item?

We are not offering exchanges at the moment. You'll need to return the item you would like to exchange and then place a new order for the items you want.

 

4. How do I cancel my order?

  • Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please email contact@flowglowear.com for confirmation.
  • If your order is already being processed, you cannot cancel it successfully. You need to apply for a return after receiving the product.
